HOW QUICKLY WILL MY DOLL SHIP?
Already made items will ship as soon as possible! Allow 1-3 days for your order to ship. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped. Domestic orders all ship for $10 each by USPS.
Custom Dolls can take 1-2 weeks to ship depending on how many other orders I am managing. I will give you an estimated date as soon as I get all your info.
WHAT ABOUT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
If you live outside the U.S please contact me via Instagram @soft_spot_dolls or through the
contact page on this site. I will let you know the shipping cost for your location as well as any duties or import taxes.
ARE DOLLS SAFE FOR CHILDREN?
Dolls are designed for playful adults and children ages 10 and up. Doll bodies are made entirely from cloth, however some doll clothing items and accessories do have buttons or other small parts. Consider your doll both a friend
and a piece of art - treat with kindness as you would a friend, and gentleness that original art requires.
CAN DOLLS BE PLAYED WITH?
Dolls are safe for gentle play. They are excellent at presiding over all your daily affairs at home and keeping a watchful eye on your pets! Keep in mind dolls are hand-made and will not withstand rough play, and are not intended for excessive handling.
CAN I WASH MY DOLL?
Because the dolls are handmade, only spot cleaning is recommended if absolutely necessary.
